Nouira ERP / POS

A business management ecosystem for wholesale and retail operations: point of sale, inventory, purchasing, supplier accounting, RBAC and reporting.

Next.jsTypeScriptPostgreSQLPrismaRedisDocker

01 — Overview

Deployed in production for Société Walid Distribution, a wholesale and distribution company, this ERP runs the daily operation end to end: the counter (POS), the warehouse (inventory), purchasing, supplier accounting and management reporting — with French/Arabic bilingual interfaces for the team.

02 — The Challenge

Wholesale and retail operations were split between a cash register, paper purchase books and end-of-month accounting reconciliation. Stock levels were discovered at count time, not at decision time, and margin visibility per product category simply did not exist.

03 — The Solution

We modeled the business as a set of connected ledgers — sales, purchases, stock movements, supplier accounts — so every operation is recorded once and reflected everywhere. The POS was designed for speed at the counter, while the back office gets real-time inventory, purchasing workflows and role-based control.
